Friday Randoms

Friday has made it's way to us again!

I actually think this week went super slow but I'm excited to see the weekend arrive again.  What are your plans for the weekend?

As you all know, yesterday was Allen's birthday!  We went to lunch together but otherwise Monday - Thursday he gets home around 9:30pm so we weren't able to do much celebrating last night.  I did however make him dinner, including steamed lobster tail (our grocery store had a special), baked tilapia and the bacon, jalapeno and cream cheese filled crescents that he loves.  I also attempted to use my new silicone cupcake liners but I must have done something wrong because the cupcakes didn't rise like usual.  Overall Allen was happy with his dinner which makes me happy and feel successful.

Yesterday while I was at work I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up.  I had my accident on Halloween and I was getting really tired of the rental I was in.  I went to pick her up after I got off work and it was so nice to see my car all pretty and new looking.  I know if I want to trade her in at some point in time that it will be a hassle with a wreck listed but it feels so nice to have my own car back in my possession.

 Our Tiny Prints Christmas cards came in early this week and after shelling out a nice amount for stamps, I was able to get them in the mail on Wednesday.  I will share our photo and design with everyone next week.

Starting on Monday, December 12th one of our photos including myself and my bridesmaids will be up for a vote in the Top 10 photos of the year for our photographer in the "Beautiful Bridesmaids Dresses" category on facebook.
I would love each of you to take a moment on Monday (don't worry, I'll remind you again!) to go vote for our photo.  Plus, it's a guaranteed way for you to get a sneak peek of one of our photos . . which I know is part of the appeal!
So for those of you not on facebook (cough* Michelle *cough) you better figure out a way to get on facebook and vote since I won't take no for an answer :)
