I'm now up to 10lbs lost & 5" off my waist with Advocare!

the fact that in February I dropped my external hard drive and when I tried to try it to see if it still worked it wouldn't pull anything up.  I finally remembered to take it to the geeksquad on Tuesday and they couldn't get any data off of it either so it's being shipped to their data recovery service.  So far I've paid $250 and it looks like I'll be paying a lot more if they find that they can recover the data.
The worst part is I was using it as storage and not "back-up" like I should have been so all my photos, docs & music were only on the external when they should have been there and in another spot.
Lesson officially learned
