- it's become a yearly tradition to watch UT vs. KU when Kansas comes to Austin & we're going again on Saturday!
- in years past I've just bound my Christmas cards using twine + a tag, this year I made them into a book
- last week my mani was a beautiful deep burgundy in essie Bahama Mama
- beautiful clouds in Austin on my drive home from the temp office last week
- putting the finishing touches on the invitations for the bridal shower I'm co-hosting fo my cousin Rachael (I wrote a little on Friday about her struggles with Crohn's disease and today she has surgery on her small intestines & part of her colon to remove an abscess that put her in the hospital last week. Will y'all say a prayer for her as a favor for me?)
- we received Rachael & Adam's beautiful wedding invitation late last week and can't believe that in 52 short days we will be watching them say I Do! Get well soon Rachael - We love you!
- displaying some of my beautiful, inherited china on a plate rack I had
- I love a good mail day
- changed my nail polish early this week and of course went back to an old favorite taupe/grey by avon
- loving my new phone case I got by using a Christmas TJMaxx gift card from my brother-n-law Sam
- sneak peek of the drink tags for the bridal shower
- thanks to Goodreads I won another advance reader edition of an upcoming book and I'm excited to dig into it
